How to make Butter Homemade from Milk in 10 Minutes

How to Make Homemade Butter?
Step 1: Pour the cold cream into your food processor, blender, an electric hand mixer or stand mixer.
Step 2: Lash the cream until it separates. After around 2-3 minutes you will see it start to over whip and really thicken. After around 4 minutes you will see it will fully separated. You can see yellow buttery solids and a cloudy liquid.
Step 3: Once it is done pour in the ice cold water. This helps separate the butter fully and it separates liquid (buttermilk) and you will see even more buttermilk appear.
Step 4: Place a sieve over a bowl and pour the contents. The liquid that remains is buttermilk. Save the buttermilk in the fridge.
Step 5: Squeeze the butter balls in your hands to make sure there is no buttermilk is there. You have to remove all buttermilk from the balls otherwise it will be wet.
Step 6: Mix some salt or flavors you want to soft butter. Now, Your itis ready you can then wrap the butter to keep in the fridge and eat.
